Native English speaker and qualified teacher with PGCE available for online lessons
Methodology
I will ask you why you are learning the language, if there is a particular skill you would like to improve and how you like to learn: this gives me an idea of material to use with you to make it fun and interesting.
I start my lessons with a quick warmer before the main activities and will give you feedback at the end of each activity so as not to interrupt your flow. For the last 5 or 10 minutes we will go through new vocab, skills or structures and clear up any misconceptions. I will then give you something to focus on before the next lesson.
Experience
I've taught for 10 years in different countries (U.A.E, France, UK, Peru)
I used to teach French and Spanish in a secondary school in London (for 6 years) but then I went travelling and discovered a love for teaching my native language - English!
As regards French and Spanish I am very familiar with the new GCSE and A-Level courses having taught the new specifications.
