Due to being a French native, I prefer to base my learning methods on the everyday French necessities, historical culture as well as knowing the essentials needed to speak the language. I like to use visual learning because I have found it helps the students to make better connections. I strongly believe in positive feedback and encouragement because the student's comfort benefits their progress. I like to adapt the learning to the specific student, for their abilities as well as their age and interests.
I have a degree in English language, literature and civilisation. I have previous experience tutoring as well as 1:1 in the classroom. I have helped students from Year 7 to Year 11 making progress and achieving high grades in French.

Okay let me be honest...She's Alicia....She's my first French "professor"...she's so awesome, literally she has got a bunch full of qualifications..one of the most intelligent and jovial, kind and hard working woman...she can make your lessons so great and interesting that you can never imagine .To be honest her sense of humor as well as in depth knowledge of the subject and fluency and accent is really impressive and being a native french she can make a transition to and from french and english soooo good you'll be left astonished how she manages so well and have a doubt whether she's a native french or english.
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO AHEAD AND BOOK YOUR first CLASS!!!! YOU CAN THANK ME LATER FOR RECOMMENDING HER !"
Alicia was a good hard working teacher for me especially though my year 11 GCSE’s she really helped me calm down and focus as I really struggled in the class. She has a really wide range of knowledge of french and English and is just an all round lovely person to be taught by. French for me was a real challenge and she really helped me focus which made me look forward to my french lessons :)
