Methodology
Hi everyone.
My name is Laurine. I am a French native speaker who has lived and studied in France. With my vast array of tutoring experience both in France and here in the UK, I know how to use my linguistic skills to help people to learn and understand the French language with confidence and ease.
I am patient and friendly; with a very adaptable approach to teaching.
My teaching techniques are based on identifying the weaknesses and strengths of each student as an individual so I can help each person reach their desired level and goals.
I like to make lessons comfortable and fun, using many different resources and references (including books, films, songs) that can make each lesson more relatable to everyday life, as well as easier and more enjoyable for students.
Experience
I am a French native speaker and I have been giving private lessons in France and in England for a few years now.
I know it is a complex language, so I will help you to know how to pronounce words and understand them. I will teach you all the vocabulary you need to know and the grammar.
Every pupil of mine, regardless of age and level, has been very happy with the progress they have made when working and learning with me.

Laurine has helped me so much with french grammar over the last few months and I can't thank her enough. She works with me on concepts I struggle with, thanks to her I pass my tests everytime and feel a lot more confident in class. If it was possible to give her a 6th star, I would!
Laurine is a great tutor. She is punctual, always prepared for our lessons, and best of all, she tailors each and every lesson to my developing needs. When I started to learn French, I had a very basic level. However, now I am having regular lessons with Laurine, my understanding of the French language is improving daily, with her fun approach to learning and the activities she designs for me, I always look forward to what I will learn next.
