I have the ability to teach up to A level in sciences and maths. I approach my lessons by following the syllabus strictly and learning and understanding the topics listed from there. I like to build on these topics with my own knowledge, experience and ways of grasping and understanding these concepts.
I am a second year undergraduate student studying Natural Sciences at UCL. I have a strong knowledge in science and maths. I have learnt karate since the age of 4 and taught it to all ages since the age of 14.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Shinrai Karate-Do: I am the Sempai (assistant teacher) at Sheen Mount Primary School’s karate club, run by Sensei Bernie David. I’ve studied karate under Sensei Bernie since the age of four and was awarded my black belt at the age of 12.
Together with Sensei Bernie, I teach three, back-to-back one-hour classes each week, with students ranging in age from four to 16-years-old. The role of Sempai brings with it a high degree of responsibility. The children vary in ability tremendously and, beyond teaching the sport itself, my role involves ensuring students stay attentive; motivated; well behaved and safe at all times. I get a huge sense of satisfaction from teaching the sport I love, and helping my students develop new skills and obtain their karate belts along the way.
Tutoring: During the summer 2019 term, I tutored a Year Eight student (from Grey Court School, Ham) in science and mathematics. I expect the role to continue in the autumn term.
Relevant Experience: While at Hampton, I tutored and mentored Year 11 students struggling with GCSE Chemistry.
Other: I run a successful online business, selling rare, highly sought-after fashion items. This mainly involved selling Supreme, Off-White and Yeezy.
