I have a very individualised and attentive approach to tutoring students, therefore I aim to establish the correct learning style for each student within the first session. I am a very friendly and approachable person which I find very important to create an environment when students feel free to ask any questions at any time. My approach has a heavy emphasis on exam technique, specific to each exam board, therefore I aim to introduce past paper questions for practice as early as possible. I am offering to teach Biology, Chemistry and Psychology up to A-level and GCSE Physics and Mathematics.
I am currently studying the neuroscience of memory at University College London because I am fascinated by the different ways people learn and retain information. Therefore I have greatly enjoyed tutoring a range of scientific subjects and my students have always seen a significant improvement in grades and study habits beyond the chosen subject.
