In general I like to focus on the areas with which the student is struggling by working through problems and correcting answers where necessary. I've always found that a student-led lesson is much more valuable and productive than a tutor-led lesson, so I'll always begin by establishing the specific areas of the curriculum that are proving difficult and focusing on those!
I am a Neuroscience student at UCL who has been helping my peers and younger students with their academic workload since I was 13! I achieved 10 A* and 1 A grade at GCSE level and 1 A* and 3 A grades at A Level. I am very comfortable with the general GCSE syllabuses and have experience working with students aged 8-18.
