My lessons are 50% theoretical and 50% practical- this is subject to the student and if they have their own basic filming kit or not.
I am very enthusiastic and very hardworking. I aim to help my students get a footstep into the industry by telling them where to do work experience, suggesting media and film masterclasses to take. I also provide opportunities for my students to work on set in short film productions.
A director, writer and producer. I studied Media Studies at GCSE and gained an A*. I currently study Film and Media Production at The Brit School for Performing Arts and Technology.
I took part in a regional BFI Film Academy, where I directed and produced a 3 minute film called 'Static' which was screened the The Focus Film Festival and selected to be be part of IndieWise Virtual Film Festival.
I was also as one of the 66 young film makers chosen to participate in the 2016 BFI Film Academy hosted by The National Film and Television School. There, I specialised in the craft of 'producing' and made a 10 minute film called 'The Fighting Irish', which has been screened at The Portobello Film Festival, The British Urban Film Festival and the British Short Film Festival in Berlin.
I am part of the one to one mentoring scheme by BAFTA, which means I have a personal BAFTA member mentor.

A mobile app that allows young people to express their thoughts and feelings by posting secrets anonymously. I co-developed Silent Secret with a team of 14 young people and 5 company directors. We have over 55,000 users across the world. I am a co-founder of the company. I wrote a script for one of the app adverts. From time to time, I manage the Facebook & Twitter page. I regularly volunteer to administrative content on the app. I volunteer my free hours of the week to help with the company matters and it’s other ventures.

The course consists of studying about TV & film, working in a fully functioning TV Studio and Radio Suite- our school has its own radio station called BritFM. We also do photography, video production & learn about TV adverts. In every section of the course we create our own creative pieces (videos and radio shows) after learning about each unit and write essays on each area.
