I think that it's important to design my lessons around each individual student because every student learns in different ways. Some learn by speaking and other by listening, watching or touch. The key is to identify how a student learns.
I have been teaching English online and face-to-face for 19 years. I have taught thousands of individual students and groups here in the UK and in Florence where I used to live. It is my job to ensure that all students get to the level that they want and pass the examinations set. I know the University of Cambridge syllabus and examinations very well.
