I base my class on information. I explain why I eat the way I do. What it is about this specific diet that helps and why it makes an impact on your overall health. I then give plenty of details about what to eat and what not to. As well as recipes that you can try and ways to fight your cravings. I will ask any questions asked and give any demonstrations I might need. My classes are run however they need to be. I am very flexible if people want to talk over more recipes and what to buy in the grocery store, or if people want to know how to cook things. I am here for whatever helps my students best.
I have had many long years of stomach and back issues. I had my gallbladder taken out when I was 18 years old. I began physical therapy for my back when I was 20. It was not getting any better. My physical therapist told me it was because of my stomach. My stomach was affecting my whole body and it was all because of the way i ate. I was unhealthy and feeling it. I made a switch to a healthier lifestyle and never looked back. I lost weight, gained energy and I feel so much better. I want to help others get that same feeling.
