I'm a 22 year old first class Biomedical Science graduate looking to tutor GCSE/A Level students. Dynamic lessons include application and theory basis to broad range of sciences, including exam technique, visual and auditory learning and practical based work where possible.
During my A Levlels I tutored 3 GCSE triple science student and 3 English literature students. All gaining grade B and above. Two of the particular students gain grade A* in their biology modules. The teaching techniques varied between in class support, visual and auditory learning and expanding practical skills to gain further knowledge.
I have a first class BSc Hons in Biomedical Science and will be undertaking a MRes in Oncology. My A level grades include biology at grade A, chemistry at grade B, psychology at A* and English literature at grade A. I tutored GCSE triple science students for 6 months for exam preparation and helped with practical assessments. Throughout my degree I have been in many practical settings that have enhanced my theoretical knowledge and allowed me to gain a deeper insight into specific topic areas. Several assessments have required me to give oral presentations to "teach a topic" to lectures and explain extensive theories or medical cases to "lay" audiences. This allows me to adapt my presentations skills to any audience and find a method in which allows individuals to understand content to the fullest extent.
