My teaching is based on healthy balance and is personalised to you based on your nutritional goals. So that can be anything from getting your portion sizes correct for weight loss, to balancing out your macros to ensure you get the right amount of protein, fats and carbs for muscle building or to control hunger.
Simple is best and I work with students to understand the easiest way for them to make the biggest impact on their health through the food they like to eat.

Most of my clients tell me their biggest problem when it comes to a healthy balanced diet is planning ahead and this includes making and having healthy food at home to stay on track. To tackle this I now offer home cooking support where I can either teach you or cook for you to ensure you have your meal prep for the week (or month) ahead.
Deposit for 2 hours must be paid in advance.
Classes normally last 2-4 hours depending on student requirements.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy but hours can be credited to a rescheduled time within 1 week.
