I can teach up to GCSE level English both literature and language. I like to have very interactive classes and like to hear your ideas. I also teach business studies. I like to do lots of different activities to keep the classes lively.
I have been teaching for over 25 years both online and face to face. I enjoy teaching online because I like to travel so it gives me freedom. It means I can be available to learners at all times too.
I am outgoing and love to travel and as three of my children live abroad it means I can combine family time and travel!
I enjoy my spare time which I spend with my family and my three dogs. I have a home in France and I love to spend time in that country. It also means I can work on the online platform where I teach wherever I am.

Employment History/Occupational Competence
I manage my own time successfully and ensure records are kept accurately. In my skills set I am good at problem solving and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I always see problems as something to be overcome rather than something to stop me. I have very good people skills and have used them to both manage staff and deal with the day to day issues that arise in a busy working environment. I enjoy working with others but am self-motivated and can work well on my own also. My interpersonal skills are excellent, and I can use these to motivate learners. I have a friendly disposition but am aware that I should always be professional and focused whilst on duty.
