Methodology
R&B it's a sensual, expressive and passionate style of dance. It's designed for woman to uncover their feminine side and relish confidence. We will work step by step in a gentle and therapeutic way to help you to learn to dance by exploring your own way of movement, free your creativity and full potential. If you are looking for a fun class to get back in shape, feel comfortable in your own skin, build your self esteem, find your inner woman and love yourself, we can start now from the comfort of your own home!
My aim is to give everyone I teach the opportunity for self discovery, growth and self confidence. I am very passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills I have gathered through all my experiences with others. When teaching I like to address the level of dance, personality and needs of the other person. I always create a safe, positive and fun space for my students to train.
Experience
I am a professional dancer, choreographer and a performer. Dance has always been my biggest passion, I started my dance journey at the age of 16, I have graduated from University of East London - (BA) Hons Urban Dance Practice and been trained in many dance styles around the world including: Dance Therapy, Dance Improvisation, Isolation, Bharatanatyam, Kalaripayattu, Contemporary, Jazz, Commercial and many more. I have 8+ experience in the teaching all ages and all abilities, as well as international performances, music videos, dance competitions, festivals and fashion shows.
