I have the firm belief that each person has a different learning style and so my labour as tutor is to drive you to your target by focusing on your interests in life.
All lessons are based on active-learning methodology, where the student is the centre of the learning process, in other words... I adapt myself to your interests move towards your target.
For this, it is necessary to have your goals pretty much settled (GSCE, A+ Levels, University, young children, adults...) whether it is an exam or just acquiring the abilities to speak Spanish.
On the other hand, if you really want to just learn this language, we will plan our lessons around the four basements of every language: speaking, listening, writing and reading. The lessons are dynamic and goal-driven, using the "checklist" methodology, so that I make sure you get a 90% of learning out of the lesson.
About the materials we will use it will depend on your goal but I will dip into my Spanish books mostly, using swell online resources or some homemade tricks (...I won't reveal my secret...)
After some years in the education field I can truly say that the best way to learn is by going straight into the practice, the dynamics of the lesson take a very important role. That's why you would expect me taking you to the park/museums/drinks (+18!) and other features! But for now, in corona times we will make use of the different spaces of the house, I want you to be digging into Spanish driven by CURIOSITY.
About myself I would say that I am patient, creative and organised so I always project this in my teaching practice, that's my students never get left behind or lost on the way to success.
It would be amazing to have a quick (or long) catch up before we crack on, just to get to know you better and decide which approach we give to the lessons.
Remember, this is not only me teaching you, this is both (YOU AND I) learning about something.
· I offer an absolutely personalised programme. Changing every 5 lessons, modified according to your progress. You can make it tighten or a bit more relaxed.
· Free and useful materials and tips.
· I'm from Valencia! there's no better place in Spain :)
PS. In case you are a group (max. 3 ppl) I will need to validate that you guys have the same level or very close, otherwise lessons will lose the dynamism and efficiency.
Early Years and Primary School Teacher but willing to teach adults, new challenges are always welcome here.
As a Spanish native speaker I can help you to reach your highest aspiration of the language by using a determinate methodology through which I make sure you enjoy and learn in each and every class.
Nevertheless I do not possess the whole knowledge of Spanish, so that there might be questions that I will need to teach myself to be able to reach them to you, this needs no be clear.
In case you would like to cancel the lesson I would appreciate that you let me know, at least, 24 hours beforehand. ¡Gracias!
