About Preethi
Preethi Gopalan - Qualified in B.E(Electronics & Communication) and M.E (Computer Science & Engineering).Working as IT professional for nearly 10 years. Drawn towards yoga in the year of 2007 and did teachers training course (2015) & advanced teacher's training course(2017) with Sivananda Yoga Vendanta Madurai Ashram. Also, worked as the assistant teacher, assisted some teacher's training course in the Sivanada Yoga Vendanta Madurai ashram .Ashtanga Viniyasa yoga TTC in 2018 from Mysore.Conversent with the Aerial yoga, Kriya yoga, Kundalini yoga, Restorative yoga and Sadhana Intensive courses.
