I believe I have a very strong understanding of the core scientific concepts that underlie the GCSE and A-Levels, which allows me to coherently explain concepts in a logical and very simple to understand way, enabling even the most struggling students to reach their potential. My keen interest allows me to engage well with excelling students to challenge them in interesting ways, enabling them to achieve the highest they can. I can help students can gain a comprehensive and clear understanding of science, allowing them independently to tackle new problems in their classrooms.
I am a 3rd year engineering student at the University of Oxford. This year I have completed a research project with CERN regarding beam imaging.
Having completed my A-Levels, obtaining 4 A* in Physics, Art, Further Maths and Maths, I am very familiar with the syllabus, what the examiners are looking for, and particularly first hand experience with how to deal with the new science A-Levels. I have also obtained 10 A* at GCSEs so am thoroughly familiar with what is required at a GCSE level as well.
