Methodology

My philosophy for learning maths and physics is that it is important to understand where all the underlying principles come from and why they are useful. It is much easier to solve problems when you can understand why they need to be solved. Once the theory is understood, there is less need to rely on memory and that's when you can really learn to tackle problems.
