I would start the beginners with learning the basic vocabulary of high school. Then, I would start speaking to them and having them respond to basic sentences. Typically, the lessons would be an hour in order to keep the attention of the student. I would prefer teaching beginners. I spoke Spanish with my grandparents and attended Spanish class since pre-school until high school.
