Delivered group and one-on-one functional training sessions focusing on strength, power, and mobility. Specialised in programming for rugby athletes to improve explosive performance and tackle strength. Utilised HIIT, EMOM, and AMRAP protocols to enhance cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Supported members with mobility drills and recovery strategies to reduce injury risk. Maintained high client engagement and class retention rates.
