I like to offer a free first session so I can get to know the client and their fitness goals. I then write a fitness plan containing workouts to do throughout the week. I also offer nutritional guidance and food diary review.

I train one to one and small groups for personal training, in the gym, outdoors or at the clients home. We'd start with a consultation, where I'd get to learn about your exercise history, fitness goals and current lifestyle. After our chat we'd go through some basic training to assess current fitness levels. I'd then write you a fitness program to complete based on your goals, and we'd continue to train for hour long sessions either once or twice a week. I will also provide weekly dietary review and consultation, as your fitness program is only as successful as your diet.
