I am a level 3 qualified and experienced personal trainer. I completed my training with Premier Fitness and have worked in London as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Running classes such as body pump, spinning, Legs/bums/tums, pilates. I have just finished cycling South America from Peru-Bolivia-Chile-Argentina so I have a lot of experience in training for events. I can take on clients for weight loss, strength building, pre/post natal, or training for an event (marathons, triathlons, cycling events etc.)
