First of all I need to figure out what my clients goal is, whether it’s weight loss or building muscles and overall strength, then we can discuss and adjust training accordingly, I always arrange a 20mins call/meeting to understand what we will be working towards and present my ideas.
I have been providing 1:1 lessons for the past year, I am qualified PT level 2&3, in the past I used to play volleyball and run sprints as well as playing football, cycling and keeping very active life style in general.

Great PT, have been working out with her for the past 6 months and the changes to my body are incredible, she pushes me to the limits every time and always keeps me motivated to complete my workout- my goal is to build some muscle mass as I’m petite and with her help I’m doing a great progress.
