About Richard
With over a decade of experience at the gym, and 4 years of experience as a nationally accredited personal trainer and nutritionist, my passion is in teaching people how to lead a healthy and functional lifestyle. No matter the fitness level, I design my programs and lessons to teach you to be the best you can be at your own fitness and health goals. Having run an international franchise studio fitness gym for two years, I have worked with a variety of clients, and am equipped for both strength and cardio-based goals.
