Lessons will bring a variety of yogic practices and hand on body techniques to help you get the results that you have set as goals.
- breathing technique to harness vital energy;
- meditation - to observe the workings of the mind, to open more heart connections, to call forth some healing if necessary...
- physical work - Yoga asana (postures) and elements from other sources too (fitness, martial arts);
- body work - Techniques of physiotherapy and oriental techniques to help ease tension or activate some muscles, to allow you more body awareness, mobility and stability in your practice of postures.
Been teaching yoga for 7 years, practiced martial arts and Buddhism for many years...
My classes address both body and mind in ways that may challenge you on all levels (body, personality, belief systems...) but always in respect of what you allow me to do, safely and without austerity.
The lessons for this offer are not 60minutes but 75 minutes.
It will give you more time to warm up without rushing and enough time for a good all round workout followed by a compete relaxation.
