I like to encompass the idea of business as an “ever changing” entity into my approach to teaching. My classes are high energy, contemporary, ever changing, and filled with examples that the students can relate to, regardless of their interests. If a student voices a passion for a particular industry then I will build it in to a lesson. I believe that by incorporating high levels of imagery, video clips and frequent (but tactfully used) humorous memes and GIFs, students can relate to the material better, and as such retain the key aspects of the theory I am trying to communicate throughout.
I am a PhD student at the University of Stirling, studying for a Doctorate in Marketing. I hold a BA (Hons) and a MSc (With Distinction) both in Marketing from the University of Stirling.
