About the lesson
To people. Are you stuck in a rut of fixed routine, tied to the mundane, feeling down and hopeless? Does that feeling project itself in the aches and pains of your body as you sit there slouched? Or are you simply a chronic overthinker- a worrier with bad wuju. My name is Ateeq Khan. I have self taught myself positivity, mindfulness and visualisation techniques over the years to maintain calm having studied Karate, Judo and Tai chi in both China and the UK. My techniques revolves around you, finding out who you are, your background and what makes you stressed. Finding out what your triggers are and then reframing certain situations to lift yourself to a higher cognitive deeper brain analysis- temporal shifting. We can go through this journey together. How to be positive 101. Don't let the wuju hold you down!

I have taught 15 students so far. I have not been giving lessons continuously..more so as I continue my journey of self development, I reach out to others when I can both sporadically and spontaneously. The journey of self implies other. I would say lessons have been two years. But I am an observer of human behaviour, having also studied Science at University fairly recently, working in labs, so I understand stresses and strains.
Students that I have taught have thanked me for my assistance and reported feelings of calm in their everyday lives. With this, there is a trickle down effect. So, the calmness and positive reframing helps them develop relationships to a great more nurturing level, in addition to helping their minds form better connections between different ideas and so affects their learning methods in school, further education and in life itself.
