I use differing methods focusing on specific subject matter. This includes using meditation and breathing exercises as well as managing your time successfully in order to achieve your goals.
I am currently studying architecture at University, having studied an array of subjects from dance and art to mathematics. I have experienced what it feels like to have negative thoughts due to stress and overthinking. I want to aid young minds to think more positively and talk more openly about how they are managing in their every day lives.
