My teaching methodology is to understand what my client's capabilities both physically and mentally. Then to help each individual to reach and achieve their goals – coaching them in technique and quality of movement.
A PowerWave session is 30 minutes in total. You will begin with 5 minutes basic warm up moves, getting the body ready for exercise. The PowerWave workout itself is a Tabata of 50 seconds of High Intensity followed by 10 seconds recovery. Repeat this cycle for 20 minutes. Using any of the 3 different weighted PowerWave Cross-training Bags, clients will perform exercises that target the entire body, such as lunges, squats, shoulder presses and bicep curls for example. There is a wide range of exercises to challenge both the beginner to exercise and to the advanced athlete. Not only does it burn calories at a fast rate due to the HIIT but you will also build lean muscle and tone up.
I’m a PowerWave Licensed Instructor, qualified with Level 3 Fitness Instructor Diploma and over 20 years experience as a gym member. My own fitness routines include High Interval Training (HIIT), Road Running, Spin, Weight Lifting for muscle gain and Circuit training. I love to push myself to my limits and over the years have seen my body change shape and definition, while growing in strength and endurance.
I have tremendous motivation to achieve my own fitness goals so using that premise – I have what it takes to help you change your exercise routine to get the results you want.

Qualified as a PowerWave Instructor since August, I know have a full client schedule of Personal Training, plus I run group sessions twice a week locally to my home.
I will only travel 3 miles from my home to train clients on their premises. They must have ample parking and pets much be secured away from the training Session. Evening Sessions there must be good lighting if training in a garden.
