I achieved 12 A* at GCSE and looking to help people get a head start during the summer.
My teaching methods are very versatile, and I can adapt to the methodology that suits the tutee. I think it is important to lay the groundwork and have a solid understanding of the subject content, before applying this knowledge in exam-style questions. Personally, I find it effective to divide the content into topics and approach them individually before attempting synoptic questions to test understanding. Revision is never fun, so it is important to have a variety of learning methods, from quizzes to exam questions and colourful mind maps.
I have just sat A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths and am going to university to study medicine in September. I am based in the city centre and am here to help anyone looking to get a head start on GCSE and A Levels over the summer.
