My sessions will always be suited to the different needs of my students. At the beginning of our first lesson, I will assess the prior knowledge of my students and use this to plan a range of lessons to develop thinking. The most important person in my sessions will always be you, and so if any aspect of the lesson isn't working, we will continue to change it until we find something that does work.

My Interests and Hobbies
I have taken part in several charitable events which include: Hair Shave for McMillan, Fun Run/Schools Challenge, a Triathlon in aid of Sport Relief and various other events organised at my school. As well as this I have also organised, planned and led: a collection for Plymouth Food Bank and numerous Quiz Nights raising approximately £1000 for St Luke’s and over £250 for MIND.
In 2018 I volunteered as an Assistant-Team Leader with NCS, gaining valuable experience working with young people from a variety of different backgrounds, experiences and difficulties. Building on this, I spent 3 months in the summer of 2019 working as a Camp Counsellor in the USA. During this time I was voted by my fellow staff members to win the “Counsellor of the Week” award out of a pool of over 30 staff members. Over the course of my time there I was relied upon to build strong relationships with both campers and counsellors.
I am involved with a large number of sports, and currently, Water Polo, representing my region on a number of occasions and was part of the English National Academy. In September 2017 I joined Exeter Water Polo Club for an International tournament in Barcelona and was named Player of the Tournament for my club. Furthermore I was a member of Newton Abbot’s 2019 British National Age Group Championship winning squad. I also enjoy watching a large selection of Sports.
