I love building good working relationship with the children and really getting to know their individual interests to personalise their learning making it meaningful and fun. Learning is always purposeful and engaging for the pupils whilst still meeting the aims of the lesson. This child led approach means I listen and recognise the children’s individual needs and plan for their next steps to ensure progress is made.

I have just recently graduated from Worcester University completing the initial teacher training course. Alongside university I have worked at a Nursery as well as an agency where I have helped to run after school clubs, wedding crèches, exercise crèches and have babysitting experience. Completing the Gold Worcester Award involved many hours of volunteering. This included volunteering at New Hope charity working alongside children with SEND.
