My name is Kamil, I am an ex-professional basketball player from Czech Republic. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer (level 3) and basketball coach (level 2) based in London. I am here to help you to achieve your fitness goals - whether it is to get stronger, get better in basketball or simply to just live healthier.

Kamil is such an attentive PT - he runs classes that are engaging but also push you to really reach new goals. The way he plans the sessions maximise what you get out of a short period of time which is super effective when you’re working and have little time to workout. The exercises vary and he always offers modifications or advice if you have an injury so there’s something for everyone. Training with him has also positively helped me manage my mental health through numerous lockdowns

I came to Kamil for help on improving my ball handling and to fix my jump shot mechanics after a serious shoulder injury. I couldn’t recommend Kamil enough for 1-1 coaching! He has great knowledge of the game in all aspects and has the skills needed to demonstrate the moves! After just one session and a few small tweaks, my jumpshot had improved tremendously! My ball handling is also improving daily with the drills that Kamil has given me.
