I am a Biologist, very passionate about science in general. Having lived in many different countries, I am very multicultural and open-minded.
I have 9 years of experience as a private tutor, having started when I was still in high school. After my MSc, I spent 2 years working as a professional teacher in a high school in Italy and in rural areas in Mozambique. I am currently undertaking a PhD.
Currently, besides my research, I also tutor University students and I am an enrol demonstrator at the University of Greenwich, supporting staff during practical classes.
My teaching method variates depending on the student desire.
It can be very practical, solving problems and exercises or we can go through the theory together. I try to make the lessons fun and entertaining, giving practical examples of how science impacts our world and everyday activities.
I am very flexible and I can accommodate all student requests. We can schedule together a plan and modify it along the way.
