I teach a traditional ballet class, inspired by using imaginative ways to think about moving. We run through 6-10 exercises each class, increasing in difficulty as our lessons progress. You will learn the core technicalities of ballet, but in my class, the approach is tailored to your individual needs with a very personal and reflective approach.
We discuss goals and aims by reflecting on what we've learnt, what we enjoy and what we hope to achieve in future.
All abilities and ages encouraged!
Lessons are always to be paid for in advance and in full.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Lessons can easily be rearranged for another date with at least 48 hours notice. Lessons cancelled within 48 hours cannot be rearranged or refunded.
I've been teaching for 8+ years, in large groups as well as privately.
Born in Cardiff, graduated from London Contemporary Dance School as a professional dancer in 2015. Perfect! Hanna is such a lovely teacher. She is really inspiring and friendly which makes the lessons that much more enjoyable. I really feel I have learnt and gained a lot from her lessons, both confidence and technique. We have had weekly lessons since April unless our schedules have not allowed us. Originally we began with ballet and recently we tried dance fitness. I love both and Hanna shines in both too. She takes time in planning her lessons so they are personalised and tailored to you, and she always checks in at the end of the lesson to see how you found it. I feel really guided and supported by her throughout and would recommend Hanna to anyone wanting to learn to dance and have a supportive and talented teacher.
Krista has been taking my ballet lessons once a week for around 2 months now. She is a very receptive & intelligent student and we have an excellent rapport. Her strength, balance and memory is improving with every class and her curiosity allows her to access a further level of understanding of principle ballet technique. I always look forward to our classes as she is a bubbly, kind and generally lovely person. Krista is an absolute joy to teach and to get to know.
Perfect! First lesson was excellent and really good communication, I've booked for 10 sessions
Savannah is an amazing student. She’s hardworking and takes direction really well. We have a great rapport!
I always look forward to Hanna’s lessons. She plans the lessons really nicely and chooses lovely music. Her corrections are really helpful and she really takes you into a new level of ballet. She is always on time and committed to her lessons and confident and clear with her instructions. And if I have any questions or am I sure of anything I always feel comfortable to ask as Hanna listens carefully and gives very good advice. I would thoroughly recommend Hanna and her ballet lessons to anyone wanting to learn ballet.
Hanna, is a great tutor. She is passionate a bout her students and manages to get the best out of you in every class. She has a lot of experience and has great ways to help you improve. I would recommend her to anybody who has no or a lot of experience.
