Hi! My name is Giulio; I'm a 21 years old session drummer from Turin, Italy, currently studying at a professional degree level at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.
I approached music at the age of 9, studying different instruments: drums and percussions with Adriano Corio, guitar with Salvatore Falcone.
At the age of 10, I was playing percussion and drums for a professional youth orchestra while playing guitar in my music middle school orchestra and singing in a youth choir.
This experiences turned me into the versatile and experienced musician that i am today.
Continuing my studies at a musical/scientific high school, I enriched my musical culture with classical music history lessons.
I had different genres of band experiences, playing rock, indie, alternative, and metal drum styles in various venues in the Turin area.
After deciding to pursue a professional career as a drummer in music, I auditioned and got a place to study at a bachelor degree level in ICMP in London.
I'm now concentrating on forming myself as a professional session player and drums and percussions tutor while networking with the finest musicians in London.
In my university, I am currently studying with professional drums tutor such as Gabor Dornyei, Fergus Gerrand, Darren Ashford, Richard Patterson, Jon Harris.
