The Fitness classes are dedicated to mind and body fitness and will support you to develop strength, building stamina, feeling more energetic, and relieve some tension. Class will start with a warm up, followed by strengthening/conditioning exercises. We will work on cardio and low/high intensity circuits targeting different muscles group. Ending with a stretching routine to prevent muscle soreness.
The Dance classes will start with a breathing meditation and body scan warm-up, followed by a series of Pilates based exercise to work on improving alignment, muscle tone and balance. We will then work on movement improvisation tasks, followed by a short choreography/sequence to music. Ending with a stretching yoga inspired routine focusing on connection of the breath and movement.
The Meditation & Stretching classes are dedicated to improve posture, flexibility, and calm the mind. The classes are gentle and open to all level of abilities. It will benefit students who are interested in being introduced to the practice of meditation and yoga and for those who are wishing to develop a more mindful and gentle restorative class.
Hey everyone, my name is Elettra Giunta and I am originally from Italy and currently living in London. I am a professional dancer, choreographer, fitness motivator and teacher. I have 5+ years of experience in the industry working as a dancer and teacher. I currently teaching to both adults and children both online and for a number of schools around London. I am fitness motivator for both group and 1-to-1 classes and I am coach of the program #StayFitWithElettra, which has been running since last year to help people stay fit, exercise and maintain their mind calm through the pandemic.
I hold a degree in Dance Studies from Roehampton University and soon starting an MA in Arts Administration & Management at Goldsmiths.
The mission of my classes is to create something accessible, fun and physically beneficial that can be included in people’s daily routine.
Elettra is a headstrong person who is a natural nurturer of growth and health. Not only is her drive to use her experiences for others inspirational, but it also motivates me to move and think in ways that challenge me every day.
When she dances, all eyes are on her. When she tutors or coaches, she makes sure to take care of each individual - not only physically but also mentally by alleviating anxieties and stress factors to make sure you're mindful of the here and now. I have done many classes with Elettra and I have zero dance experience. I have never felt more comfortable to step out of my comfort zone than with Ele.
