Not forgetting her Northern roots, her teaching style is both authentic and true to the ancient Yogic traditions. Blending her style along with your own in bring on a feeling relaxation and energise and flow.

A dedicated Yogi for 10+ years, practicing Bikram initially, followed by Vinyasa before delving into restorative Yoga. Charlie is a 300 RYT Yoga Instructor trained in Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. An experienced energy Healer, Meditation & Mindfulness practitioner. Reiki flows through her classes to enhance wellbeing and healing.

My teaching is focused on healing the soul, and aligning to your truth and true north. Get into your own flow, deep and connected, I bring a little of my own magic to complement your own practice. Mental and physical health are interrelated and can be supported together on and off the mat. My classes are themed towards supporting that journey, towards a mindful, and meditative state of consciousness.
The magic of healing, Reiki is wonderful tool, an energy healing technique that assists with stress reduction, which has many benefits on not only the body but the mind and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Relaxing & healing. It is given by the laying on hands Spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is based on the idea that life force or universal energy flows through everyone and everything.
