I used the principles of educational psychology to do enjoyable lessons. This means:
-I use the student's previous knowledge to bridge the new information with the old one. In this way, the information will be meaningful because it's linked with people's cognitive structure.
- I provide accurate feedback about students' performance: how did you find this? why do you think this is the right answer? I don't give the students the correct answer. Instead, I tried to discover how they are thinking and I showed that to them.
-I enhance their motivation by giving them options to chose, connecting their personal interests with the lessons, and being encouraging and trustworthy.
I have experience working with teachers, children, teenagers and their families. I designed and implemented an educational program in the school with excellent results. The students engaged with these workshops along the year. I had to prepare lessons (of 45 minutes) of a certain topic.
