Methodology
I believe it is my role to be flexible and to teach in a way that meets your specific needs as a student.
My style is calm and relaxed. I will start by asking what you would like to gain from the lessons. Once we both have a clear idea of the goals ahead, I will create a plan that will work to achieve the highest marks possible.
I am happy to work with students who are looking for guidance and extra support on their essays, literature reviews, statistics papers, and exam revision.
To give you an idea of my voice and character, the video below is a short tutorial that I made explaining the basics of metacognition.
Experience
I am an experimental psychology researcher with a passion for problem solving and creative writing. I have tutored students on the core topics in psychology, neurobiology and statistical analysis. I was awarded a Distinction overall for my Master's degree in Psychology, at Birkbeck University of London. I received a 2:1 grade in History at UCL, and I scored A grades in History, English Literature and Biology at A-Level.
