I give lessons to Social Sciences /Life Sciences / Science/ Psychology students at university at undergraduate and masters level. I prefer to find out what technique works best for each individual student and structure lessons around that, as I know that every student works differently and I think part of being a good tutor involves being able to structure the classes around the student itself.
I have a Bachelor in Psychology (Hons) and soon a PhD with 7.5 years of statistics and research skills knowledge. I have also studied maths for 13 years at school in Germany. I am currently teaching 3rd-year students at Dundee University in statistics workshops helping them with stats problems and quizzes, and I have several private tutoring students in both 3rd-year and final year (4th-year) psychology. I help going through stats lectures and help with coursework and dissertation. I have also helped Masters students, studying Research skills and statistics throughout their course.
I am happy to travel to the students home, however, since I do not have a car I would add travel using public transport on top of the lesson.
