I am currently in my second year studying Psychology. I believe that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to and with hard work and the right supervision you can reach predicted grades and above. My methods of instruction are individualized for each learner as we all work and learn in different ways. My lessons won't be like the typical student-teacher environment, I work collaboratively with each student and sessions are guided by what you think you need to focus on and the ways you feel you best learn.
I have experience tutoring my younger siblings in their KS2 SATs and also as a student psychology mentor providing drop-in sessions for first year psychology students to help them in areas they need further guidance in. This has lead to students achieving good module grades for first year in modules such as Research Methods, psychobiology, attachment, memory and learning.
I am a friendly, non-judgmental person, who tries to come up with innovative ways of teaching to aid learning and revision!
