Onto of that, she is a very friendly, patient, approachable person who is very easy to talk to and to work with! (This very helpful, especially when you're feeling stressed!) Psychology student at University of Plymouth offering Health and Social Care for GCSE/ A Level and BTEC tutoring from home, first lesson free!!!

Methodology

My teaching method is to test knowledge and understanding by using practice questions and then using appropriate resources to build on this, encouraging the student to be the driver of their own learning. I will check how the particular student likes to learn and adapt for them. I will also make sure to be clear on what we will go over before each lesson to make sure the lesson can be as efficient as possible with appropriate resources.

Experience

I am a psychology student at University of Plymouth and achieved a Distinction Grade in Health and Social Care Certificate. I have had experience working in a nursery, mentoring secondary school children and in activity camps and have taken up a teaching assistant course and child care and education courses in my spare time.

Emily really helped me with my health and social lessons, she didnt just tell me what to write or even what to answer but actually helped me understand what and why I was learning about something, and gave me a much more confident understanding of my course! 5 stars!
