My approach is simple, to go topic by topic, it is the most efficient way to cover all areas of a course and once a topic is completed it is always best to look back on previous chapters through the use of practice questions to make sure nothing has been forgotten. This was the similar strategy both my History and Psychology teachers used and I found the most effective.
I am a first-year student at Royal Holloway currently studying Clinical Psychology and Mental Health. I previously do not have much experience tutoring but having a tutor myself in the past, I believe it is an essential way of helping children progress with their studies. Having achieved the grades A and B respectively for Psychology and History I believe I have the right approach in passing on my knowledge to others.
