My yoga classes begin with floor work to build core strength and prepare for class. From hands and knees we move to standing postures, seated, then breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Qigong can be practiced standing or on a chair.

She guides you gently through all of the movements with clear explanations of the underlying energy pathways that are being stimulated.
