Methodology

I plan the learning process having a complete landscape or roadmap highlighting where we spend most of our energy to learn important and critical concepts. I simplify the concepts at the students competence level as every student has his own unique capability to learn. I engage the students in practicing and encourage them to make mistakes as skills that are learnt from our own mistakes are long lasting, though its not always a good idea to learn by making mistake. Most importantly I develop their interest and motivation in the learning experience.
