Methodology
All lessons are carefully prepared in line with specific exam boards and the needs of the individual. I welcome feedback from pupils so that I can adapt to best suit personal needs. I have a good sense of humour and believe I make sessions engaging but also varied and enjoyable.
Experience
I am a fully qualified English and Drama teacher currently teaching pupils on a 1:1 basis in a local Secondary School. I am passionate about my subject making me an enthusiastic tutor and as a result, my lessons are engaging and enjoyable. I have a good knowledge of a number of exam boards and am able to tailor lessons to suit the needs of individuals in terms of ability and preferred learning styles. I work hard to produce resources and sample answers for pupils which adhere closely to requirements from mark schemes. I treat all students as individuals with a range of needs and am able to demonstrate progress.
