My approach is facilitative and supportive. I teach theory and encourage my students to use this to move forwards in their own exploration of weekly themes. I encourage discussion and reflection. Lesson structure includes some theory, some experiential learning and discussion. Each week will have a recap of the week before and clear aims and objectives for each session. There will be opportunities for some coaching as I ask you to write some personal notes to monitor and track your journey to health.
I am a qualified Medical Herbalist and Personal Performance Coach, fully insured and certified by the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and the International Coach Federation. I have been teaching Herbal Medicine courses for over five years and more recently am rolling out the ultimate health toolbox programme which covers diet, sleep, stress and exercise. I want to teach and empower people to look after their own health as much as possible by learning to use food as medicine, including using herbs and spices to make simple home remedies.
First session: 30 minute session (free) where I explain aims and objectives of the course, and also find out what you're hoping to learn and achieve by taking part.
Subsequent sessions are £45/hour - this is teaching and discussion only.
If you would like ongoing support and guidance throughout your course, the rate is £65/hour. This includes email contact and a weekly phonecall to discuss progress and also to signpost you to additional resources.
