A happy student is a successful learner!
I am a lecturer who has previously taught students at level 1 to level 4. I believe in interactive methods of teaching, incorporating digital teaching methods where ever possible. Rapport will be created to ensure that the lessons will be based on the students needs and desires.
I have been lucky to have experienced a great deal of varied and diverse teaching experiences. I have taught students in one to one situations as well as small and large groups. I focus on the needs of the learner allowing them to fulfil their potential.

I have successfully taught a broad spectrum of diverse and differentiated learners at different levels of education. I am confident in responding to learners needs enabling them to develop holistically and to reach their unrealised potential. I am a reflective practitioner with excellent organisational and planning skills that realises the importance of collaboration; to generate new ideas and share best practice, I have previously been chosen for best practice. I am innovative and I enjoy introducing new technologies into the classroom. I have a natural ability to inspire learners to fulfil their potential and I understand the importance of rapport and student engagement, communication and empathy. While recognising and advocating the importance of pastoral care in a learner’s journey.
