2016 - Present
Qualified Coach & Trainer, Sparkling Speech; London, UK. Specialised coaching, mentoring and training on communication, confidence and speechwriting specifically (but not exclusively) for introverts and HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons). As a direct result of my coaching I empowered my clients to communicate effectively and energetically. It motivated them to build self-esteem, to have a more positive mindset and to find their sparkle. Designed bespoke training and workshops on communication, speechwriting and confidence building.

2018 - Present
Coach and Experience Designer (XD), Own The Room; London, UK. Facilitating highly interactive communication training for companies and public events across EMEA as coach. Using a unique methodology Own The Room’s training delver actionable results for participants they can use to communicate effectively in the (virtual) workplace and beyond.
Designing, testing and revising innovative (instructor-led) communication training and supporting materials using the Scrum methodology. Lead designer for Communication Essentials for Women. Other projects as experience designer (XD) included Communicate with Slides training, Feedback modules (in-person and e-learning) and a revision of the core communication training.

2018 - 2019
Learning & Development Consultant, Hammersmith and Fulham Council; London, UK.
Successfully planned and implemented of a new LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) for the H&F Council. Trained staff in using the new LMS, and set up work processes. Designed and delivered bespoke training on communication and leadership.

2017 - 2018
Training Coordinator, S&P Global Ratings; London, UK. Efficiently coordinated a varied training programme to support multiple departments within the company as part of a large Learning and Development team. Responsibilities included but were not limited to all round training logistics with LMS and setting up and facilitating (video conferencing) sessions.

Managed the monthly reporting of the L&D LMS system effectively by liaising and following up with International geographies and ensuring compliance across the business.
