Qualified maths teacher providing online everywhere and face to face tutoring in the Tooting area!
Methodology
I approach each student with the specific needs of that student. I aspire to make my teaching hands-on and relevant. I focus on building confidence and improving skills through practice, several approaches to learning the same thing until my student has learned. I do both homework help and provide my own materials.
Experience
I am a qualified teacher of maths and English as a second language. I have 2 years of experience as a classroom teacher and 7 years of experience as a tutor. I teach online through Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or otherwise. I'm open to ideas!
Rates
Details
Rates vary depending on whether I help with homework (20£/hr) or I make a lesson from scratch and bring my own materials (30£/hr). If the lessons take place within 30 min walking distance, traveling time is for free, if it exceeds that, it's 5£ to cover expenses with bus/underground to reach your place.
I can bring my own materials up to GCSE level.
